We are a small batch micro bakery based in Hemel Hempstead specialising in macarons - a quintessential French patisserie treat. That said, our macarons aren't strictly French as they are larger and have considerably more filling. Our macarons are always made fresh to order, to give you the best taste experience. We offer treat boxes for meetings and parties, macaron towers for any occasion, favours and personalised gifts. For minimum purchase numbers and most variety - visit us at one of the local markets, where we generally have 10 different flavours every month and boxes of as few as 3 macarons.

For individual orders, that don't coincide with any of our events, minimum numbers of 10 macarons of the same flavour apply. Please give us at least a week notice to work your order into our schedule. Orders can be collected from one of our markets or The Secret Macaron HQ free of charge, local delivery may be available. We do not currently post our macarons.
