Rukiye Demir, owner of the Cafe Aroma, operated with my sister Gülhat Demır in order to offer you the best traditional tastes of Turkish cuisine.

Our chef is the element that makes a difference in our restaurant in a traditional and sincere atmosphere.

Chef Gülhat Demir works at this restaurant to offer you unforgettable tastes based on her long-standing chef experience, she acquired her cooking perspectives form famous chefs that she has worked with. She worked as a chef in the restaurants of several gastronomy cities including Antep, Urfa and Hatay.

After tasting her foods, the guests were very fascinated with the foods and became regular customers. The reason for it on top of the additional skills of our chef, the use of fresh and natural ingredients including meat, vegetable and spices while the ingredients are selected by our chef in person. We embrace this principle as a vision of the restaurant and our catering services.
